No one is bigger than the band. Making a game involves an entire team of talented and dedicated individuals. No one person makes any product; much like a Super Bowl-winning football team is not all about the quarterback, a game is not about a programmer or designer. A good team works well together, hangs out occasionally, and acts like a welloiled machine.
