To illustrate the difference, a bad lazy programmer sits on his a$ all day and does nothing where as a good lazy programmer takes advantage of structured programming, OOP, patterns, etc, etc to build code that is efficient, reusable, easy to read and debug. This type of person may not seem lazy at first glance but in reality is saving him or herself hours of grief in the long term.
